1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CFGPrep (cfgprep.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform. These terms govern your use of the JPMC CFG/SEP exam preparation service.
2. Description of Service
CFGPrep is an online examination preparation platform for the JPMC Code for Good (CFG) and Software Engineering Program (SEP) selection process. The platform provides:
- DSA practice problems and an online code editor
- OA Simulator replicating the HackerRank format (2 questions, 90 minutes)
- HireVue simulation with AI-powered STAR feedback
- Resume ATS scanner powered by AI analysis
- Hackathon preparation materials
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or using the platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. The platform is intended for students preparing for JPMC campus recruitment.
4. Subscription and Access
CFGPrep offers three access tiers:
- Free: Limited access — 1 ATS scan, 5 HireVue attempts, 5 DSA problems per topic
- Basic (₹199): 30-day access to OA simulator, unlimited HireVue, and AI feedback
- Pro (₹399): 30-day access to all features including full CFG question bank, solutions, and AI hints
Paid access expires 30 days from the date of purchase and does not auto-renew. Access to digital content begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Distribute, reproduce, or commercially resell any platform content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the question bank
- Use the platform to violate JPMC's recruitment policies
- Submit malicious code to the OA simulator
- Circumvent payment or tier gating mechanisms
Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on CFGPrep — including problem statements, solutions, MDX concept pages, HireVue questions, and AI-generated feedback — is the intellectual property of CFGPrep. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for personal exam preparation purposes only. Any other use requires explicit written consent.
7. Disclaimer
CFGPrep is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to JPMorgan Chase & Co. in any way. Questions marked as "CFG questions" are based on publicly reported exam patterns and community submissions — we make no guarantee of their exact accuracy to any specific exam cycle. Past patterns are not a guarantee of future exam content.
8. Limitation of Liability
CFGPrep is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding exam outcome, shortlisting, or selection. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of CFGPrep shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
