Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Access Policy

CFGPrep provides digital access to exam preparation content. Since access to the platform's content is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, all purchases are non-refundable once digital access is activated, except in the specific circumstances described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund only in the following circumstance:

Technical failure: If a verified technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing the features included in your purchased plan, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to pass the JPMC CFG/SEP selection process
  • Not using the platform after purchase
  • Accidental duplicate purchases (contact us immediately for resolution)
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email support@cfgprep.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment receipt)
  • Description of the technical issue experienced
  • Screenshots or screen recordings of the problem (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) as facilitated by Razorpay. Razorpay's standard processing timelines apply.

4. Cancellation

CFGPrep subscriptions are one-time purchases with 30-day access — they do not auto-renew. There is no ongoing subscription to cancel. Your access simply expires 30 days from purchase. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may raise a formal complaint with our Grievance Officer at support@cfgprep.in. We will respond within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, under Indian law.
